I always thought a teenager was anyone with teen in the number of the age. Is this correct?
Deal is I have a bf who has some tapes that have "teenage girls" ages 17-19 mostly nude. I said wow watching teen porn huh. He said what do you think I am some sicko. I am sorry but anyone from 13-19 is a teenager.

I guess then that girls gone wild should be illegal? The one with all the girls from Spring break. Lots of those girls are not college kids but HS age.

It's true anyone aged 13 through 19 is considered a "teenager". However, 18 and 19 year olds are legal adults in the US, in every respect save alcohol consumption. These are the "teens" seen on "Girls Gone Wild" videos and others. Were there really underaged "teens" on these videos, the Feds would swoop in to arrest those selling these DVDs.

In the 80s, a young woman who called herself "Traci Lords" decided to get into hardcore porno movies. She had a fake driver's license which said she was 18, even though in reality she was 15 when she started. She made around 16 videos during her 'career' then let it slip she was underage. Federal prosecutors descended on the videos' producers and every copy of her videos (along with other movies she'd also done scenes in) had to be removed from every video rental shelf in the US, at a cost of millions of dollars. Several of her costars were also arrested for having sex with a minor.

They take kiddie porn seriously. Those girls on the videos are legal, just dumb.

I think you are correct unless the person is one hundred and fourteen years old. I wouldn't call that "teen-aged". I also think that nudity and porn are two separate things. Your bf obviously enjoys one or both of those things. And, as someone else said, 18 is considered an adult but that doesn't mean you are emotionally mature enough to make some very important decisions.

You're correct. The ages 12-19 are considered teenagers though you become an adult (at least legally) when you turn 18.

technically, this is correct. however, if the girls are 18 years of age and older, they are considered an "adult" in the united states. it is not illegal to watch "adult porn". however, if the girls are any younger than 18, i.e. 13-17 1/2, that is considered illegal.

a teenager is everybody who's 13-19. as a methods with the aid of fact the girls long gone Wild stuff, those are no longer prevalent college females. a lot of them are professional porn stars- and all the girls on the video are over 18, so it is not unlawful for them to be in porn.

You are perfectly right, thirteen to nineteen, makes you a teenager.

Most of those girls on Gone wild tapes are college girls, but I wouldn't be surprised if they were younger. I would hope they check id's but with that group, who knows. They are supposed to check, before filming or issuing the tape.
