hi everyone I just had a baby she always two weeks me and mom are'nt together?

I feel when I visit my daughter she gives me a time limit to see her i go to her house and she like your only supposed to be there for two hours i love my baby and its so hard to deal with leaving her and getting a time limit. and other question is when I'm over at her house she always text someone our talking to someone and its her ex/bestfriend. does'nt anyone have any advice for me to be in my daughter live I just want to be a good father. i really think she thought i was going to be a deadbeat dad. but I never be that way

Get to your county courthouse and file for paternity rights.. She will "have" to follow the rules set by the court, such as you having this baby on weekends certain holidays, etc. You won't have to sit in her house and leave when she says, if this is your baby too, go thru court and get it legalized... I'm guessing her mother is feeling a little awkward or nervous about the current situation. We've all heard of men who see their kids regularly when they're first born then after a while the novelty wears off and they stop visiting, so she could be a bit paranoid that you might become one of those men and is having troble dealing with that.



Give it some time, it's only been two weeks. Prove that you will be there to be a Dad and she'll become more relaxed about it soon enough.

Yipes! First of all, make sure you stay in school!

Congratulations on the baby, and wanting to be in your babys life. Take it to court. They will decide what is best for the baby and than your ex will have no say over when or how long you see your baby.
