It's possible it do to stress. you need to relax when you have sex. Or are you affraid your going to get her pregnant and right now your not ready for kids? stress is often a common cause of these kinds of problems. go see your doctor and let them know what is going on. if stress is not the problem then it could also be a blood pressure issue. I'm 45, I had a problem like this a little over a year ago. I found out it was high blood pressure. they got me medicated and the problem was resolved. your problem comes after the first ejaculation, this would tell me it is stress related. you start thinking "I hope she doesn't get pregnant." That just casscades everything. please see someone.
