How to get Yahoo mail acct of my nephew who is in prison & has asked me to get his mail & fwd hard copy to him

I can provide whatever personal info that you may require. My wife is his power of attorney for his checking account and is helping him with his finances. We are trying to help him stay in touch with the real world. He has requested we send hard copies of some of his mail to him.
