i met this old guy i'd say he's about late 40's early 50's last sunday night. i am in no way interested in him. i was drunk at the time and he came and sat down next to me. i just talked to him to be polite and he then asked for my number again i was drunk and didn't realize what i was doing at the time so i gave it to him. if i was sober i would have gave him a fake. he now keeps messaging me stupid jokes and messages like 'hello daring', telling me he has a 'female friend over and cant talk now', wanting to 'hook up' or 'meet up for a casual chat and drink'. i responded back to a few just to be polite saying im either not going out or i have other plans. the language he uses in texting terms dont know about face to face conversations cause i dont know him, is a bit too formal and in my experience guys like that always turn out to be a bit creepy and weird. how will i get rid of him without p**sing him off?

When that happened to me....apparently this is not unusual...I always answered "busy right now I'll ttyl." I never called or texted back after saying that. It took me two weeks of repeating that message, and he left me alone realizing I wasn't biting at his advances, however inappropriate they were.

I think you might do well not getting all drunked up in public anymore. You are headed for some huge problems if you drink frequently and get drunk frequently. Not a lecture, i'm only saying this because i'm a recovering alcoholic and my family was riddled with alcoholism. Not a pretty illness.

Mean while, you can block someone from calling and texting you -- why don't you do that?

And i wonder why you are worried about pissing someone off? If you don't like communiating with him, tell him you aren't interested.

He is creepy and weird so tell him to take a flying f**k and don't worry about p**sing him off and do not give your number to strangers again.

For God's sake girl, block him!

What if he's a rapist? You don't want to know him, he's a STRANGER.

How old are you? I'm 19. Interested in marriage, sex and relationship. We can share our heat from the bodies with each other, we can use each others stomach as a pillow, we can clean each other using tongue (cats also do that)...

Uh, sorry, I'm like him?
